My daughter is low on her iron levels. Pls suggest some good foods to increase iron levels in her body. TIA



Give dates , spinach , rajma and also supplements if required

Kivi khilaiye chana gud aur Hari sabjiya palak juce chukandar aur khajur kaju khilaiye

Give her pomegranate and beetroot mix juice,dates, spinach, papaya and kiwi

Make beetroot cutlets or tomato n beetroot soup best in winters too

Raw banana fry, beetroot, pomegranate, spinach are all good source of iron
