Eggs, nuts like almonds , figs are good sources of iron. Heavy balanced meals homecooked and fresh . Sprouts , peanuts , pomegranate, beetroot are also good sources u can make beetroot halwa it is very easy to make . Have iron supplements as prescribed by doctor and keep a gap of atleast 4 hours between calcium and iron tablets intake . Do not consume tea , coffee within half an hour after having any food it affects the iron absorption.
