Iam having loose motions is it safe during pregnancy mam



Take econorm sachets and drink this twice a day

In case of loose motions, have fiber rich foods and light foods like cereals , plain rice, boiled potatoes, apple etc. In case of severe loose motion pls consult your doctor once.

Keep your self hydrated, have ORS. Have khicdhi and dahi chawal. Dont eat outside food. dont over strain your self
