I am facing a lot of hair fall. Any suggestions which can really help?



Various factors can trigger hairfall, which include a nutrient-deficient diet, stress, and water quality. Include pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato, spinach, milk or yoghurt, amla, lemon, bell peppers, guava or strawberries, almonds, cauliflower, mushrooms, eggs and wheat bran.
