Hi moms! I have read one article, DHA is important for child brain development, and prebiotics is good for baby guts health! Please suggests how can include both nutrients in infants diets?



Well Mom,DHA is mostly available in nuts and prebiotics is available in milk products. After the age of 1 yr introduce these things via natural foods to the child. The child appetite is small and the qty of this is required in a small amount. I hope this helps

If your baby is less then 6 month, the best way is breastfeeding. Because DHA, Prebiotics and all important nutrition present in breast milk naturally. And if baby more the 6 month, yoy can give Apple, banana, oats, curd. They all good source of Prebiotics.
