Starchy food, such as potatoes, and, ideally wholegrain, rice, pasta and bread. Foods rich in protein, such as lean, well-cooked meat, fish, eggs and pulses. Try to include at least two portions of fish a week, including oily fish. Dairy foods such as milk, cheese and yoghurt, which contain calcium. These foods will keep you healthy and enjoy your pregnancy
