Hey sucheta don't worry .when you introduce new foods to yiur baby try giving more of soups, mashed curd rice, purees , also make sure you give enough water in the day. Try massaging your baby with 2 fi gurws on the belly as it help relieving constipation pain. Bicycle motion exercise also help relieving constipation. You cab find a couple of baby recipes on my profile . You cab follow those a sit include foods that are easy to digest, nutrient rich and helps improve immunity and digestion too. Hello Sucheta, for babies who start with solids, we need to understand we need to give water after every meal. You can start with 20 - 30 ml and subsequently increase the qty. For increasing fibre in the diet please give him chikoo, banana, apple, watermelon, ,some vegetable soups in a natural way that help the child with good nutrition
