Although Breastmilk is supposed to be liquid gold for the baby. But if for some reason you are not able to breastfeed the giving formula milk which is closest to the Breastmilk is absolutely fine. I too have Aptamil to my son as it has prebiotics which are present in the mother's milk and they help to build Immunity of the baby.

Yes, aptamil has prebiotics which is good for babys gut health and immunity too. I have used it. Plz cunsult your doctor first then try it.
