My mind also wants spicy food but I can have it I have acidity problem. What do I do?



Hey mom having spicy food once a while is ok. You can use home made spices to pamper your self. Avoid eating packet food and processed food. This is oily and can increase acidity.

You can have spicy foods once a while but make sure having having it you have plenty of water ,or ginger with warm water to manage acidity. You can also have buttermilk after an hour or two as it will help curb acidity. avoid sleeping immediately after having spicy foods as it will increase the acidity

Eat in the morning preferably
Try having once a week to satisfy your craving
Refrain from restricting your diet
