Hello ppl... M 28 weeks pregnant.. While sleepin on d left side... My baby starts wriggling.. It feels like sum part of its body is stuck n he wants to move out f that position... Does this happn to any1 of u.. N shud i chng my side whn this happns..??

please dont take tension about the position.. it is common to have more movements while sleeping and you can use some cushions and pillows to support baby bump and its helps you too.. changing the sides also helps..

M also feel d same..then i put pillow below bump..

I feel the same, I alwaz got unconfortable while sleeping on left with such thoughts. So keep on changing sides . Keep a pillow just below ur bump so that u r confortable.

I too used 2 feel the same. When I m slepng on left, baby kicks on left as if he got stucked there. Then I change 2 right then he kicks on right☺☺

Same happens with me. Baby kicks when you lie down

Guys this is one movement which i teribbly miss now....

@rabiya sayyed- please use pillows below baby bump,,, between your legs and behind back also.. and it is not a silly question,, dont be sorry :)

soft pillows...under ur bump...also between ur legs..if comfortable...
