Hey new mom, need not worry. This is bound to happen during the feedings and its a quite common concern. Check if the baby latch is proper and also see the baby feeding position is well. Also ensure that you are taking lots of pillows for feeding support. You can use your own Breastmilk and apply on the nipples. It will heal the cracks naturally.
