Q:

I have escalated the issue that the app shows incorrect no.of weeks on 23rd July.I am now 35 weeks and 5 days pregnant and the app still shows 34weeks to me.Its been more than 10days since i escalated the issue to the baby chakra team and there no proper response from their end. They are least bothered to get the issue sorted.I have checked with other group members as well even they are facing the same issue.Helped the team with all information needed but still the issue persists.Today to my surprise instead of contacting me via email ,a person pinged me from babychakra team asking for more info on the issue.I have never given any right for the team to contact me via whatsapp which is so unprofessional.You are not my family member or friend of mine to ping me on whatsapp.When your team is incapable of solving the issue via email, do you think it will be sorted by contacting me on whatsapp?? Like seriously!

It will be great if you share the email id of the person to whom you have written the query
