I am 2nd trimester not able to sleep even in night and afternoon  also. Please suggest

hi dear, use lots of pillows for comfort. Especially between legs. Avoid screen time 1 hour before sleeping. Listen to soothing music. Drink a glass of cold milk before sleeping

Keep away mbles, laps etc atleast 1 hr before sleeping. Keep the light dim.; Before sleepng have warm milk nd take; bath in warm water too. Can use as many pillows 4 comfort.

Read a book before going to light and happy books. This will distract ur mind and u might be able to sleep peacefully #Happyparenting
