1.Vitamin d drops should be given post 1yr too? If yes how many drops?

2. How to stop toddlers from biting nipples while feeding?

Vit D drops should be used with medical super vision. Please consult ur paediatrician. He will prescribe ..only if ur baby requires vit D supplement.Over usage of vit D n A are not good

pls check with your paediatrician regarding the vitamins.

Regarding your baby biting your nipple, there can be several reasons:
teething, baby is trying to get your attention, your baby is finished nursing and not interested in nursing anymore, bored.

- If your baby is teething offer a cold teether or your finger to pacify his need for chewing on something before you start feeding him.
- Be vigilant while nursing to look for cues that your baby has finished nursing. Offer him the second breast
- If your baby bites, do not shout, gently tell him that he should not do it and with the help of your finger in his mouth remove him gently from your breast. wait for a couple of seconds and then again offer him the breast again.
- Babies can't bite and nurse at the same time.
- Do not force baby to feed if she is not feeding
Hope this helps!

breastfed babies do not need vitamins. vitamins should only be given if a deficiency is found and firstly adequate nutrition should correct then imbalance before taking pills.
