Nausea usually hapens 4 preg women. Start ur day with some dry fruits instead of tea or coffe. Have lemon , Orange, water melon, amla which helps 2 reduce nausea. Drink juices. Eat what all u like which is healthy , don't eat things which make u puky. Keep a gap of 2 hrs nd eat something lightly. Have a walk after every meal.
Cramps r common during pregncy. Don't sit or stand too long.sit in upright postn.; If posble , keep ur legs elevated.

Being nauseatic is pretty much normal... U can strt ur day wid milk n soaked almonds..try eating at regular intervals.. Divide n eat..lemon watr helps a lot...drink min 3 ltrs of watr... Last but not least.. This is jus a phase n it will pass.. Jus stay strong.. ☺️
