mybaby is 3months old and 4th running. due to his slipping timing i am not able to do yoga or other activity to losse extra fat from my tummy. can i have warm water in morning and at night before i sleep. is it Okie for baby health if i tk warm water to reduce belly fat

Your taking water will not impact your baby. You should eat a well balanced diet. Tummy will reduce with good diet and exercise. You also need to rest. Try planning your day such that you get dome time. Either your hubby or family can help
