Q:

I am 8 months pregnant and my placenta was low lying when i was in my 7th month. I really want to have a normal delivery. can anyone help me please?

Sonali Shivlani

If the placenta is not covering the mouth of the uterus then a vaginal birth is possible. However if it even covers partially then once the mouth starts opening during labor the placenta will deliver first and that is a very risky situation.

In my reports it is written that placenta is posterior; low lying and reaching the OS.. What does it mean?
