Hi I'm 15 weeks pregnant. From
past 4 days I'm finding somewhat uneasy to sleep in both day & night times especially on my right side n whenever I sleep on my right I get somewhat a Pricky feel on my stomach.
I'm comfortable on my left side but sleeping for long hours on one side makes me feel numb. and still have back pains.
So please suggest me a solution
and also i would like to know what sort of food n sleeping pattern I need to follow now??
