hi.. i have put on 4 kgs uptill my 13th week. but due to bed rest from past 1.5 months i have gained inches on my thighs and hips. thighs are now very heavy and have loose and soft mass. can i do anything for it ? i fear that in coming time i will look very heavy...

As you are on bed rest it is difficult to do any exercise especially something like walking which can tone the hips and thighs even during pregnancy. Just eat healthy and avoid high fat and sugary foods. Keep positive and you can work at loosing the weight post delivery
