plz help .from day 1 of pregnancy facing some or other issue . now m too scared. baby weight is less . I eat properly have medicine on time nd m too conscious still baby weight less.plz help

Please eat high protein foods five or six times a day. Generally vegetarians face an issue with protein intake and matching up to requirements. pulses legumes nuts seeds sprouts soy and if non veg then eggs meat and fish. Since the interval growth is normal it is not a case of IUGR and hence not worrying. Baby will catch up.

Please don't worry, it's not that less. mine was 1.3 at this stage. Now on eat high protein food, healthy meal, that includes pulses, green veggies, milk, eggs, dry fruits, more fluids etc and I m sure you will make it. Most important stay happy n confident


I have same issue I'm vegetarian. I eat protein every day soya milk every day mix atta roti and nachi ki sweet sprouts milk and all . doc has even given medicine still head of baby is big and abdomen is small .what can be reason and what else can I do
