hiii it's been 4months since my delivery through c section and I get severe back pain even now if I sit or work. i feel relieved only if I wear an abdominal belt.i cannot wear that all the time Na...what to do?? n I am a dentist I need to work on patients sitting for long hours. please help me out of this.

You will need to do some exercises to strengthen the back muscles. Please visit a physiotherapist or a post natal fitness expert to help with the same. I am sure you will find referrals on Babychakra
