Komal pls don't worry. Try to make up for the rest in the day then if you cannot sleep at night. Also try a soothing routine. Take a warm bath, listen to soft music...do something to relax at night

It's normal dear.. Even I had same problem.. I use to sleep in day time and Dan at night before sleeping I use to listen Hanuman Chalisa nd soft music.. It helps a lot..
