I take my dinner 2hrs before bed and do walking also for 20-25 mins.... but still no relief ..... this has started since my 35th week has begin

I had faced similar problem. Explanation given by my OB-GYN was Well now that the baby is growing and needs space so all the organs are pushed and compressed. As a result u may feel uncomfortable especially after meal times. You may feel acidity too as stomach and other organs are getting squeezed.
Speak to ur doc. Chk what can u take or do to get relief.

This is because of pressure on your diaphragm due to growing baby. Walk and use two pillows and lie down to your left. It works for me.

avoid drinking water immediately after dinner. take half an hour gap to drink water. also dont drink a glass of water at once, have slowly sip by sip vd certain intervals of tym. try to have warm water. try vrajaasan after 1 hr gap of dinner
