hi der, my baby is 1yr 8m I try feed aftr every 3hrs approx with her 1st meal is sheera of semolina or Daliya with a spoon of homemade dry fruit(almonds,walnuts &cashew nuts)powder n a pinch of Jaggery in it 2nd meal Moong dal n rice Khickdi with a pinch of salt, turmeric & some finely chopped coriander or sometym spinach also in it. 3rd meal in eve 1 bowl of milk with some bornvita or Parle g gold biscuits small spoon of mix dryfruit in it.4th meal a night is plain daal roti soaked n mashed dem together. Dats it do I need to do any changes fr her growth or skin den plz suggest

Hey she’s going to be 2 soon. So you can give her Little bit of whatever you guys eat at home, i am referring to healthy options only. Give her variety of veggies n dals, cheese, ghee and don’t forget to include fruits . You should give variety of snacks as well like besan cheela, aaloo tikki, French fries sometimes. You can make suji idli, uttpam etc, try variety of healthy options else kids get bored
