I personally feel if u r a swimmer , swimming is the best exercise.

keep practising breathing exercises and pelvic floor exercises.. practising kegels also is beneficial.. however do not start anything before consulting your gyn

Hi, usually walking is recommended and stretching and strengthening exercises are recommended. It is always best that you learn these exercises from a certified professional.
