Anamika - have you consulted a lactation expert ? you can also chat with Dr Riddhi Chandarana or Seema (Seems birth and beyond) through the chat option on the APP. Just search for their names and go to their profile, and click on the chat option. You will definitely be able to breastfeed with help. Don't give up! Bottle feeding is not exactly bad but it is never as nutritious or healthy or good for your baby as breastfeeding is.

Breastfeeding is the best way to meet all your babys nutritional requirements. The only way to increase breast milk is to nurse frequently or express with a breast pump.
Your diet plays a very important
role. Remaining calm also helps

One feed is OK else if you don't exclusively breastfeed you may experience difficulties in getting milk

Anamika,
Is there any reason why you want to bottle feed you child and not breastfeed?
It is strictly advisable to exclusively breastfeed your child for at least 6 months.
If you are facing any specific issues with breastfeeding , do reach out to us at nehaagarwal@babychakra and we will try and see how we can help you.
Wish you all the best! :)
