Q:

Is it true whatever sleeping pattern babies have now they will follow this till they are year or two?; How much ever I try she is wide awake by 1 or 2 am. I'm awake now because I have my mom with me helping out in household things but within 3 months I need to handle alone, I'm really tensed n lost confidence.

Sleeping pattern changes ds they grow...no worries.....enjoy with ur LO

Yesterday we went for novi's vaccination n that time i asked same question to dr , he said she will start following ur sleeping once she complete 3months....

Hehe,Sneha,Rehu has not yet started sleeping in night. My paed also said the same thing,he now says she will gradually learn ,give her few more months.

I think dr pattern keeps on changing till 5-6th month. Only after that the baby follows ur sleeping pattern.
Even my condition is same. Hv help till 3rd month, dunno how to manage alone after dt

Sonali Shivlani pl advise

Babies in the womb tend to be more awake at night when mom is resting and sleep during the day when mom is moving as this provides a gentle rocking action. Hence in the first few weeks the cycle is more wakeful at night. However it is important to start sleep training. When baby wakes up at night keep things quiet and dark. Feed change etc in dark or very dim light. Do not play talk or interact with baby. Do the reverse in the day time. Slowly your little one will learn the difference between night and day and will sleep more at night.

Sneha Khandait Deshmukh Did you check with your doctor about today's polio drops ? Are you giving Novi one?

No this does not hold true
Things will be better after 3 months. Keep patience and dont think negative.

Rebecca Prakash yesterday only she had a polio vaccination so he said no need to give it today again....

Sleeping pattern change and you will be able to handle well.. don’t worry it’s all phase and shall pass soon... as they grow their pattern behaviour keeps changing and it doesn’t stop at 1-2 years goes beyond even 😂😂

My baby turned 6 months n he has not changed his sleeping patterns..
He has been sleeping v well at night since day one I think it depends..yes I keep my minimum level of noise at home n me n husband we has some bed time routines.
I don't have any family help n can't trust the maids..infact I have been doing everything since after delivery ( took one month rest) ..
Don't worry just prepare urself n do it wisely ..
