i am trying to make a habit of walking daily for 20 minutes twice a day while i am pregnant. I wanted to know shall I start doing pelvic streches and squats now?

Its a good time to start gradually after 3 months. Do consult your gynecologist and check out articles here on the app

Please check with your doctor. If you are allowed then yes you should start doing all the Prenatal exercises. It is suggested to do them under supervision.
