Hey sometimes you might not feel the movement so frequently ... And cramps are common in pregnancy ... Do leg stretching before you sleep and also drink water and have foods rich in vitamin k; ... Like banana and tender coconut... Brocolli and cabbage.... And be regular with calcium tablets...
If it persists you can talk to your practitioner about tablets ...
