Dear, you can resume yiur workouts mildly few weeks or months after delivery depending on your body and recovery.; However for cardio, strechtes and the like it is best to look for medical confirmation that you may begin. Ideally, yoga and milld aerobics work well too.
Pl discuss with ur doctor as u start ur workouts especially crunches etc. also sharing a few articles with you .
