Hello everyone, I had cesarean delivery on 24 Dec.. N I put so much weight. Can anyone suggest me when will I start doing exercise.

About 2 months u shud rest post your delivery...then u can start walks n workout but do ask ur gyneacologist once.

Walking is the best way at least three months post delivery. Talk to your gyno about yoga.; Breastfeeding and having light food at home and everything in moderation will make you lose weight. Relax
