Feeling nauseous whole day , don't know what to eat. Please tell me

Eat oranges or sweet lime juice or nimboo pani. Anything citrus basically. Citrus tends to take away that nauseous feeling

Hey it happens..drink lemon juice , coconut at regular intervals n go for small meals ..watermelon n Cucumber is great ...avoid spicy food .. tc
