Eat oranges or sweet lime juice or nimboo pani. Anything citrus basically. Citrus tends to take away that nauseous feeling

Hey it happens..drink lemon juice , coconut water..eat at regular intervals n go for small meals ..watermelon n Cucumber is great ...avoid spicy food .. tc

hey neha, are u sure you are only 1 week pregnant? pls correct the number of weeks if incorrect (usually one comes to know after 4 weeks). do read everything under @pregnancy must know - super helpful. tc and keep posting ur queries. we all are here for u :)
