Hello ladies m in 2nd trimester and can't drink plain milk but mothers Horlicks is full of sugar m already overweight pls suggest a best health drink with milk

U can add jaggery, dry fruits powder, dry dates powder, sugar free or stevia tablets to milk. Or u can add cardamom, ajwain or haldi as well

Dear Usha, use almonds mainly and add a little sugar for taste. Make sure you eat well generally and take in protein rich diet. It's best you avoid artificial sweeteners though.
