Are you having your iron supplement dear?; these are green leafy vegetables;say;spinach,;beetroot. Go in for chicken liver, egg, apple,;pomegranate,;apricot,;watermelon, prunes, dates,;almonds, raisins,;amla;and;jaggery.


Beetroot+carrot+pemgrnt... just chop beetroot n carot into small cubes n add pmgrant to tastesss reallllllyyyyyyy gud.

Also, if you are taking iron supplement , start taking Vitamin C tablets as well along with it as vit C helps absorption of iron . I could feel the change when I started taking it. Check with your gynae for the one suitable for you. Similarly whenever you take anything iron rich food try and include something which has vit C as well. For eg. Amla pickle with spinach dal/sabji or in carrot+beetroot+anar salad , squeeze some lemon juice. All the best

Dear Simmi, your supplements will be the deal.; Don't miss them and Also talk to your doc once. Check your levels every month. Make sure you have pmoegrante daily. Spinach is a goof source but dont have it in large quantities. Beetroot and almonds work well.
Have lime water,; or lime juice over salads and Sabzis. Make sure you have iron with lime juice or orange juice for better absorption
