Hi baby chakra friends.....29 th week pregant...night time distrup to sleep....almost long nytt not sleept very tired to next morning.....my little one also suffer to these????...pls help for pleasent sleep.....

Dear use a comfy pillow. Or use cushions around your back, feet,; knees and bump.; Also your mattress mustn't be too springy for more comfort. Have a glass of milk before going to bed. Works well. Don't have dinner too late.; Also, night time sleep is not always awesome IN pregnancy. I've been going through same.; Take naps during the day as well.

Have a hot shower if possible and keep soothing music on. Also u can listen to garbh Sanskar music. Should help u. Pamper urself have a head massage to relax the nerves.
