Ladies, I have had no spells of dizziness IN these five pregnant months and I do a loop of household work besides my own work too. Despite having help, cooking is totally on me. But these days prolonged cooking is making me feel uneasy and last night I had a sudden dizzy like spell and a strange feeling. I rested for ten minutes and for back to work.; But at night, my BP reading came a Lil low. should I worry?; What must I do now??;


It is not too low dear..mine is lower and still my doc says it's good to be on power side..high BP in pregnancy is dangerous..so don't worry..whenever you feel bit dizzy just have some salt water.. and again check no in half an hour..
Avoid lemon or other vitamin C sources which lower body further, if you are having it..

Prolonged standing might be causing problem. Take rest in between keep hydrated. I used to have this problem while standing in clinic for 2-3 hours straight during my 4 the month.

Take rest and drink lots of water that will help eat fruits n as you know you should not strain your body too much in pregnancy, take rest in between cooking, you can do chopping while sitting, standing for to long is not good for your body otherwise also

My advice is low bp is the common and major problem in pregnancy.. avoid prolong work like prolong standing and cooking.. instead choose chair and table to work for sometime.. and it would be best if you take one person's help.. it will get worse as the pregnancy progress..
