Take a spoon of oil in pan, add some Jeera and chopped Garlic. To this add lettuce or cabbage leaves, beams,; carrots, beetroot and capsicum dices. Saute slightly. Add salt, pepper and even tomato if you wish. Let it boil or even give this a steam with water added. Finally, puree this and add sweet corn and some corn flour to thicken.
Alternately, you can skip pureeing and simply choose to have the Stew without the pureeing.
Another way is to add veggies on smallest bits, and then add some stock cubes to water or some fresh veggie stock. Boil and add corn. Thicken with corn flour.

Hey i make this simple and tasty soup which we all at home love including my daughter.
Take 1 big tomato, 1 carrot, few spinach leaves, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic. Finely chop all of it and put in the pressure cooker. Add 2 glasses water. Salt, lil sugar and pepper powder. Give it 2 to 3 whistles. Then once the pressure cooker opens, blend well with a hand blender, strain and add a tsp butter. Serve hot! Its nutricious and yummy too.
U can also add doodhi if u wish.
You can try broccoli cream soup , veg hour sour soup or lemon coirndar soup ..
