Dear baby ke liye AP uske navel pe heeng lagao..usko har feed ke bad burp karao..usko shoulders pe rakho har feed ke bad 10-15 mins ke liye..aur AP apne liye thoda walk karo..spicy food mat khao..fruits khao..ajwaeen aur black salt lo khane ke baad..heeng ka use jyada kro thoda khana banane mein
Thank u neha..spicy to kuch ni kha ri..daliya, khichdi aur ghee wali roti with boiled dal or vegetables..fruits m papaya n chiku..boiled water moti ilaychi wala..bs yahi le ri hu fr b gas banti h..
Hey dear first eat the fruits in empty stomach then move to cereals as they fruits should be digested first else might cause gas if they in the digestive system for longer time ..thus advisable to take fruits first ..take ajwain water ...eat less spicy food and lots of water with smaller and frequent meals..
Yes aj wain water will help you that's y our elders asks to drink aj wain water after delivery

Boil water with dill seeds n consume on daily basis especially after every meal ..avoid have gassy foods..dill seeds n ajwain both r effective
