delivered a baby on jan 9 by c section... nw my baby is 36 days old.. my tummy has com ot... wat exercise can b done to reduce tummy? doc told me nt to wear any belts as stiches may tear... bt m worried my tummy is stil lookin weird... hlp me

Start off slow when starting exercises after C-section. Focus on gaining strength in lower back and pelvic floor muscles first. Tummy will go back to normal in due time. Listen to your body and do not do anything which strains or makes you uncomfortable.
