Good evening, generally late 2nd trimester or 3rd trimester can cause breathlessness due to the reduced space for lungs to expand and the weight pushing up on the chest. early second trimester does not cause this. A good idea to see your gynaecologist to rule out any other problem.

i am also in 2 nd trimester and at times used to get breathless.
Even I had the same issue in second trimester and even now. as baby is growing there is less space in ur tummy and it also depends on baby position. however, please do not worry and enjoy every moment
i feel baby movement in lower tummy its normal
