Hi moms, I am 11 weeks and 3 days pregnent, I have a loss of appetite from the past two weeks, After eating food feels very heavy and short of breath at times, also eating dinner does not allow me to have proper sleep at night. Plz suggest what should i do. and will it be affecting baby's growth and develoennt inside me.

It's normal to develop some food aversion in the first 12-16 weeks of pregnancy. Eat small and healthy portions. You can look at having a soup and some toast for dinner or some khicdi and curd which will be light options. At times it's also the high flavored masalas that can put your taste buds off during pregnancy.
