after vaginal delivery My mother in law said that you have to Crossed the legs n Keep.. if Not Air will Pass through Vagina and tummy will become big.. is it true really?

Shweta Uchil

there is no chance of air entering ur tummy, even I was told the same. relax n be comfortable.

Sonali Shivlani

Not true. In fact of you have a vaginal birth and you have stitches in your vagina we advise that you should not cross your legs as this will not allow the stitches to breathe. If stitch area is very constricted then it will not heal fast enough

if there is anything that you need to do ur doctor will definitely let u know. don't get influenced by myths. jus enjoy ur motherhood
