Q:

my 5 months baby totally on breastfeed.but suddently from yesterday my baby is not getting sufficient milk.breastmilk level suddenly decreased.

It's not your breast milk which is reduced it's the baby going thru a growth spurt which is normal. This can last for a couple of days. Just keep feeding often and your milk supply will catch up. Don't get tempted to start formula or solids just yet.

babies go through growth spurts because of which on certain days they demand more feeds. it's normal and a phase your baby will be fine in 2-3 days and back to normal.
