Start at six months of age. It is best to start with vegetables and fruits as these are light and easy to digest. Also less chances of an allergy. Banana apple chikoo papaya potato carrot sweet potato pumpkin bottle gourd are all good options. start from rice items.... like nestum or ceralic.... in this you get rice flavour ... slowly start other foods as mentioned above... try giving your baby all kind of veggies... dont make baby sensitive.. good luck
