Were you active before pregnant? Walking would be the safest form of excercise. also get consent from your gynec. as excercise under certain conditions are not recommended.

check with your doctor before starting an exercise program. Under normal situation if Pregnancy is healthy then about 12-16 weeks to start Prenatal exercise is recommended

walking is safe in pregnancy. best is you talk to ur gynac coz she or he will guide you. if u have no other complaints then walking is good
