I have a

make sure u r not standing for a very long time. do light walking. and while sleeping keep a pillow and try to elevate ur legs. it reduces swelling tremendously.
take some warm coconut aor olive oil and massage it on your legs

Please have blood pressure checked. Do not sit or stand in one place for a long time. And in the evening elevate your feet to help reduce swelling.
