Hi ladies,
Whenever i drink milk i get this very bad gas and at times also end up puking. I tried drinking it in the morning and also at night, but nothing really helped.
Considering how important it is to drink milk during pregnancy, please suggest some alternatives to meet the calcium requiremt. Please help ladies!!!

Hey Annie ! Relax. Even I couldn't have milk in initial months and started it only from mid 4th month. But instead you can have paneer, curd, buttermilk, dal makhana, they all have ample; amount of calcium which will be enough for you!! Need not worry. Try drinking milk after 1 month... don't stress yourself.

Have curd butter milk, milkshakes , kheer chaas, custard and many Options have fruits
