Please have nutritious diet..include fruits, vegetables, paneer, eggs, nuts..also keep having small meals throughout the day..take enough rest..have dates, pomegranate, apples...

Hi. Have atleast 2.5 litres of water a day, Wake up to something sweet like a glucose biscuit or better still, a banana. It will set the tone for the day. Also have small healthy meals throughout the day with lot of protein like eggs, chicken and paneer. Add a teaspoon of ghee to your dals.
