Has anyone taken/are taking prenatal massage especially for legs, arms and back? My Mom suggesting me to go for it.



It's up-to you. If you are really sore it helps.

I have backache and leg cramps.....

It's always better to walk for few minutes daily and see if yoga helps.; Unless your massage wali is an expert, I'd suggest go in for her else it's best to look into yoGA. Also drink lots of water and juices. Cramps and aches are part of pregnancy. If you want a professional massage, ask your doc too what she suggests.

Actually I'm still leading an active lifestyle. Still working, going for a walk for at least 20mins and exercising for at least 20mins. Yet have soreness. So thinking of trying the maalish wali. At least for legs & arms.... 🤔🤔

Be active.; lot of us are working women and have housework to do as well.; Count yourself lucky you've no complications
