Q:

is it safe to have sex during 3rd month of pregnancy?

Yes it is totally fine. You can indulge in sex, indulge in foreplay as it helps lubricate your vagina and makes sex confortable, and try positions that are comfortable and don't put pressure on your abdomen. Your baby won't be harmed.

THANKYOU VERY MUCH I WAS VERY NERVOUS.
I DONT HAVE ANY BASIC KNOWLEDGE REGARDING HOW TO BE DURING PREGNANCY.
THANKYOU.

Try woman on top positions and as neha said. If precautions are taken it will not harm. also speak to ur gynea.

its better to avoid till four months.... because for some people placenta might not be in the accurate position and you may start bleeding... after four months you can talk to your doctor and have sex...

Thankyou for all your suggestions.

my gynaec asked me to avoid or keep it minimum for the first 3 months

Thankyou!!!!!
I shall follow......

Even my doctor has advised me to avoid sex till 4 months

It is a good idea to first check with your doctor. Sex is allowed for a normal healthy pregnancy.

yup...its safe... a baby isn't hurt when a pregnantwoman and her partner make love. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of the uterus protect the baby, and the thick mucus plug that seals the cervix helps guard against infection.

newly married and expecting...but sex not safe?? starting month
